If we talk about comfort, then in the BG C12i MAX you get 12″+10″ steel wheels, but you do not get disc brakes in this electric scooter; you get simple drum brakes in the front and rear. If we talk about suspension, then you get dual hydraulic telescopic suspension in the front, and double hydraulic spring suspension is given in the rear, which you can adjust in 4 steps, which makes the ride very smooth.
You also get a big and comfortable 30-inch ultra-wide seat. You get a grab handle at the back; in the front, you get a very wide flat floorbed, due to which you can comfortably keep luggage in the front. The kerb weight of this scooter is 110 kg. If we talk about ground clearance, then you get 155 mm. One thing is very good about this electric scooter: you get a main stand print, that too with a sensor.
3. Features:
In BG C12i Max you are given retro looking LED headlight, simple unique looking LED tail lamp and LED turn indicators, along with this you are given a simple LCD screen, along with this you get two simple side mirrors, at the front you get a USB charging port, at the front you are given a hook on which you can hang stuff weighing up to 3kg, talking about other features, you get features like reverse mode, limb to home, main stand sensor, the special thing is that this scooter comes with Main Stand pre install, in all these models you get 15 liters of under seat storage, you get secret 4 liters of storage under the floor to keep the charger and at the front you get a small glove compartment where you can keep a 1 liter water bottle.
4. Power:
If we talk about performance, the BG C12i Max Electric Scooter is provided with a powerful PMSM HUB Motor whose Continuous Power is 1.5 kW and Peak Power is 2.5 kW, 0-40 km/h is reached in 8.5 sec, and the peak torque in the wheel is 105 nm. The scooter has two ride modes, ECO and Sport; in Eco mode you get a speed of 45 km/h, and in Sport mode this electric scooter gives you a top speed of 62 km/h, which is less. This electric scooter is good for city commutes.
5. Battery:
If we talk about battery capacity, there are three variants in the BG C12i Max series. All the variants have a removable battery pack under the seat. The BG C12i MAX EX has 2.0 kWh, and the BG C12i MAX 2.0 has a 2.7 kWh quality lithium-para phosphate battery pack, which gets charged in 3 to 4 hours.
The BG C12i MAX comes with a 3.2 kWh Advanced 21700 Lithium-Ion Cells battery pack whose life cycle is 7 to 8 years. The portable charger that you get with this scooter charges the battery (0-90%) in 5-6 hr.
6. Range:
If we talk about range, then the (BG C12i MAX) with a 3.2 kWh battery pack gives you 135 km IDC range (mileage) in eco mode, whose true range (mileage) is 115 km*. (BG C12i MAX 2.0) with a 2.7 kWh battery pack gives you 123 km IDC range (mileage) in eco mode, whose true range (mileage) is 97 km+, and (BG C12i MAX EX) with a 2.0 kWh battery pack gives you 85 km IDC range (mileage) in eco mode, whose true range (mileage) is 67 km+.
But still, the real range depends on the load, the angle in which you are riding it, and whether the scooter is being driven by one person or it is a double seater. How much range (mileage) the BG C12i MAX will give you.

You get a 3-year/36,000 km* warranty on the battery, which can be extended to 5 years/50,000 km. You also get a 3-year/36,000 km warranty on the charger, motor, and the vehicle itself.
9. Opinion:
There are some shortcomings in the BGAUSS C12i MAX electric scooter which could have been removed; according to the price at which these scooters have been launched, their price has been kept high. In the electric scooter coming in this price range, you get a touchscreen and double disc brakes with alloy wheels; you get more storage; the battery capacity is also less as per the price; due to this, the range of this electric scooter is also less and the top speed is also less. In this price range, you have many options available, like you can buy electric scooters like the Ola S1 X, Ola S1 Air and Bajaj Chetak.
