Nowadays, you can see a lot of electric scooters and electric cars on the roads of India, but two people can travel comfortably on an electric scooter. But in the city, one has to face pollution and dust on a two-wheeler, and a two-wheeler cannot save you from the weather, i.e., sun, rain, and cold. If you want an electric car, then you might have to spend more than 10 lakhs. But Wings EV has solved this problem by launching its two-seater Robin Micro electric car in the Indian market. Design:
Wings EV The Robin Micro electric car looks very different and cute because this car comes in the category of a microcar. The total length of this car is 7 feet 3 inches; its height and width are also less. A high-strength steel frame has been used in this micro electric car. The roof of the Robin Micro car is made of black tinted glass. You are given a total of four doors in this car, and all four windows are old-fashioned manual hand cranks. You are given tubeless tires of 120/80-R12 size, and you get a single wiper to clean the windshield. You are given two headlamps with bright LEDs in the front, which suit its design. If we talk about the features, all the basic features are provided in the Wings Ev Robin Micro electric car. WingsEv has not yet told about the modes you get in Robin, but the top speed of this micro electric car is 64 km/h. You get a 6-inch digital LCD instrumental cluster in this car, and regenerative braking is also available. For safety, you are provided with front and rear seat belts. For thermal monitoring, you are provided with audio alerts along with 16 temperature sensors. WingsEV has worked on the chassis of Robin; you get a strong stainless steel body, and Robin has passed the frontal crash test.

The e variant of Wings Ev’s Robin Micro electric car gives you an actual range of 65 km* in eco mode in a single charge, whereas the other two, the s and x variants, give you 90 km*, but Robin X has AC, so if you drive the car in AC, then the range (mileage) might get affected; you might get slightly less range. But still, the actual range depends on the load and the mode in which you are driving it, and whether just one person is driving the car or someone else is sitting behind. It depends on how much range (mileage) the Robin micro electric car will give you.
Price:
If we talk about the price, you get a total of three variants in Wings EV’s Robin: Robin e, Robin s, and Robin x. The first e-model comes with a range (mileage) of 65 km, the second one comes with a range of 90 km and with an air blower, and the third is the top model, which comes with a range (mileage) of 90 km* and air conditioning. The ex-showroom price of the Robin e variant is ₹1,99,000; the price of the Robin s variant is ₹2,49,000; and the Robin x variant is available for ₹2,99,000. With insurance on the road, you will have to pay ₹20,000/- more for this car.
